Der Service vor Ort bei Ihnen auf der Baustelle ist für uns selbstverständlich. Unsere erfahrenen Service-Techniker stehen Ihnen und Ihren Mitarbeitern nicht nur für Fragen rund um Ihr Bauer-Gerät zur Verfügung, sondern beraten auch bei komplizierten Bauvorgängen. Während ihres Besuchs überprüfen und dokumentieren unsere Service-Techniker den Zustand Ihres Bauer-Geräts und weisen gegebenenfalls auf Auffälligkeiten hin. Kleine Reparaturmaßnahmen nehmen sie meist sofort vor. Als Sachkundige können sie bei Bedarf entsprechende Prüfungen durchführen.  

Training and seminars for customers

Excellent service also includes training, since operators have to be well trained in order to use their equipment safely and efficiently. The experienced trainers from our Bauer Training Center always base their teaching on the participants’ level of knowledge and adapt their training to individual requirements as needed.
